One standard, one flow.

Thailand's national swappable-battery platform — the PumpCharge app, station touchscreen firmware, and the program website, designed as a single session.

The problem

Every kerb, a different cabinet.

Each provider ran its own packs and chargers. Without a shared standard, the country was heading for a different cabinet on every corner.

What I did

  1. 01Designed the PumpCharge app end to end — ride, swap, pay
  2. 02Built the station firmware UI in Thai and English, for sun and gloves
  3. 03Made the website and the launch collateral
  4. 04Led design across all three surfaces

Result

Out in the field, on stage at Techsauce.

Stations shipped to real forecourts and the platform was shown at Techsauce Global Summit, covered in the press as Thai-made tech breaking the battery wall.
