I'm Charun Meedate, a product designer who turns messy, complex ideas into designs that just make sense. Outside of work I explore nature and capture everyday moments through photography — because nature is the prototype for every idea I make.
how my head works
I ask. I wonder.
Curiosity is the engine — I take nothing as given and poke at everything until it makes sense. The best ideas rarely arrive first; they arrive after the fifth question. And the questions that come back keep me honest.
where the ideas come from
Nature is the prototype of every idea.
Nature is the oldest designer there is — billions of years of iteration, every solution already field-tested. So I keep reading it, and I borrow its logic. Almost everything I make is a translation of something that already works outside.
Growth
A tree scales from one seed. A design system scales from one token.
Patterns
A leaf's veins carry order with no manual. So should a screen.
Adaptation
Nature bends long before it breaks. Good design does too.
